Answer the questions below. To use this form, review all documentation associated with the funding for indications that will help you to determine whether the funding should be considered support for a GRANT (sponsored program) or a GIFT.
If you answer 鈥淵ES鈥� to any of the questions 1-7 above, this indicates that the funding is for a sponsored program. Please copy and paste the link into the ORSP Intake Form into your browser: https://airtable.com/appkJx38TBoc8h8dJ/paglpPfQxabr592Cu/form. An ORSP professional will contact you within one business day to assist you in beginning your application. Choose Sponsored Programs from the list below.
If you answered 鈥淵ES鈥� to Question 8, this indicates that the funding is a gift. Choose Gift from the list below and fill out your contact information. When you click submit, an email will be sent to the 香港六合论坛 Foundation; a team member from that office will contact you.
If you cannot determine with certainty, choose "Uncertain" from the list below and fill out your contact information. When you click the "Submit" button, an email will be sent to ORSP. The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and the 香港六合论坛 Foundation will work with you to make the determination.
